JCHCAR serves local vehicle import dealers, used-car dealers, and automotive repair/service workshops in destination markets. We do not accept retail inquiries from individual consumers. Private buyers should contact an authorized local dealer in their country.
If you operate as an automotive importer, used-car dealer, or service workshop, register an account and submit a Dealer Certification Application in your Profile. After our team verifies your business credentials, your account is upgraded to Dealer and unlocks B2B wholesale pricing.
JCHCAR provides the China export document pack (Commercial Invoice, Packing List, Certificate of Origin, VIN details, B/L, etc.). Your company appoints a licensed local customs broker; our logistics team coordinates the export-side paperwork with that broker.
Yes. Multi-unit programs often share a 40HQ container (typically 2–4 units). Single-unit dealer orders usually move by RORO or dedicated loading where available — per-unit ocean cost is higher than consolidated loads. We confirm the method on your PI.
Shipping transit times vary by destination and method: • Middle East (e.g., Jebel Ali): 22-25 days via RORO from Shanghai/Ningbo, or 28-35 days via Container. • Central Asia: 10-15 days via railway or truck transport through Khorgos/Alashankou. • Africa (e.g., Luanda, Mombasa): 35-45 days via Container or RORO depending on vessel schedules. We provide real-time tracking for all export shipments.
• RORO (Roll-on/Roll-off): Vehicles are driven directly onto the vessel. It is generally safer for the exterior of the vehicles and avoids lashing damage. Rates are calculated per vehicle. • Container Shipping: Vehicles are securely lashed inside 40HQ containers. A standard 40HQ can typically fit 3 standard vehicles (or 4 small sedans). NOTE: For oversized SUVs/MPVs (length > 4.7m, e.g., Zeekr 009, BYD Tang), a 40HQ can only fit 2 units, or requires mixed loading with smaller cars. Our logistics experts will optimize the loading plan and adjust the freight cost accordingly.
Electric Vehicles (EVs) and Plug-in Hybrids (PHEVs) contain large lithium-ion batteries, which are classified as Class 9 Dangerous Goods (DG) by international maritime laws. Therefore, they require specialized DG Containers and mandatory safety certifications (MSDS, UN38.3). DG freight rates are inherently higher than standard (Normal) containers used for Internal Combustion Engine (ICE) vehicles. JCHCAR handles all DG certifications seamlessly.
Yes, JCHCAR manages the entire Chinese export customs clearance process. We provide the complete set of required documents: Bill of Lading (B/L), Commercial Invoice (CI), Packing List (PL), and Certificate of Origin (CO).
Absolutely. We offer consolidation services at our Ningbo, Shanghai, and Shenzhen warehouses. You can mix units from BYD, Zeekr, Changan, and others in the same 40HQ container to optimize your freight costs.
From East China ports to Colombia or Chile: 40HQ container typically 35–45 days depending on line and transshipment. RORO can work for single units. Panama often serves as a regional logistics hub. Confirm ETA with our logistics team when PI is issued.
JCHCAR supports vehicle import dealers, used-car dealers, and service workshops across Latin America, with partner experience in Colombia, Chile, Bolivia, Mexico, Costa Rica, Panama, and other LHD markets. We do not serve retail end consumers. Contact is global via WhatsApp and our export team.
Transit times depend on port pair and method: • Colombia (e.g. Cartagena/Buenaventura): typically 35–45 days by container from East China ports; RORO schedules vary. • Chile (e.g. San Antonio/Valparaíso): often 35–42 days by container. • Panama (transit hub): similar container legs; some dealers route through Panama for regional redistribution. We provide export-side documentation and coordinate with your appointed customs broker at destination.
JCHCAR only quotes China → Chilean Pacific discharge (Arica, Iquique, or San Antonio). Leg 2 is importer-owned customs transit (MIC/DTA / ATIT; Bolivia SUMA) to the border and nationalization — arranged by your Bolivian broker/carrier. Full B2B guide: /latam/bolivia (Spanish: /es/latam/bolivia).
Costa Rica (Limón/Moin) follows container/RORO patterns from China. JCHCAR supplies full China export docs; destination clearance is with your local broker.
Preferred discharge: Manzanillo or Lázaro Cárdenas for Mexican dealers. Mexican-plated temporary U.S. stay is limited (CBP ~1 year, must exit, no U.S. sale/plates; Mexico residence matters). Not permanent U.S. import. Guide: /latam/mexico.
Yes. Each country applies its own vehicle approval, emissions, and import rules (e.g. environmental and safety registration in Colombia and Chile). JCHCAR provides China export documentation (CI, PL, CO, B/L, VIN). Destination homologation, duties, and registration remain the importer's responsibility—confirm with a local customs broker before ordering fleet.
Yes, for units purchased through JCHCAR. Partner dealers and individual buyers with a JCHCAR VIN can use CarLive—China-network remote diagnostics and OEM-aligned OTA when local networks block China-brand updates. Your account manager enables beta; a company form does not. See /carlive or /es/carlive.
See our dedicated guide at /latam/colombia (Spanish: /es/latam/colombia) for Colombia-focused B2B import notes, logistics, and compliance disclaimers.
China's used car market is the largest and most dynamic globally, with extreme liquidity. Premium deals sell out rapidly across multiple wholesale channels. We strongly advise verifying the exact stock status with our team before committing funds.
Don't worry. Our B2B sourcing department has deep networks across nationwide 4S dealerships and private seller networks. If your target vehicle is sold, our experts will immediately locate a premium alternative with matching specifications, color, condition, and price.
We operate primarily as a premier B2B export and global sourcing platform. While we hold strategic inventory, the vast majority of our listings are aggregated directly from a highly vetted network of domestic sellers to offer you the widest selection and most competitive pricing without heavy inventory markups.
Before any vehicle is exported, it undergoes a rigorous 300-point inspection by certified third-party appraisers. We provide comprehensive inspection reports, detailed photos/videos, and ensure there is no structural damage, water damage, or fire history.
In China, exporting a brand new car without direct manufacturer authorization requires it to be registered domestically first, then deregistered and exported as a "used car" (typically with less than 100km mileage). Due to recent policy updates, there is often a strict 180-day waiting period before these vehicles can clear customs. IMPORTANT EXEMPTIONS: JCHCAR holds official export authorizations for specific models from brands like Changan, Zeekr, and BYD. For these authorized models, YOU DO NOT NEED TO WAIT 180 DAYS. We can export them immediately.
Our commercial line is Geely Farizon (吉利远程) only — tractors, tippers, mixers, cargo trucks and vans. JCHCAR holds official Geely Farizon authorization, so these units ship as brand-new vehicles and are not subject to the 180-day 'new to used' holding period. We do not represent any other commercial vehicle brand. If you need a different make, tell your account manager: we will only quote it once a legitimate supply route is confirmed, and we will say so plainly if there is none.
Yes, you must ensure your company holds the appropriate import licenses and meets the homologation requirements in your destination country. We provide all necessary export documentation from China, but destination customs clearance and local taxes are your responsibility.
EV batteries are Class 9 Dangerous Goods. We provide the mandatory MSDS (Material Safety Data Sheet) and UN38.3 test reports required by shipping lines. We guarantee compliance with all maritime safety regulations.
Dealers, automotive businesses, and individual customers. It is not a public catalog. The first activation includes exactly 90 days (90×24 hours). After that, sending a new inquiry needs a subscription that staff open only after an offline receipt is checked. Drafts, photos, and history stay available. Dealer accounts can share employee seats; individual accounts cannot. The part, freight, and tax stay on the quote. This site does not take payment.
No. Many exporters sell the vehicle and stop at the port. JCHCAR started in the auto aftermarket in mainland China, Hong Kong, Macau, and Taiwan: technician training, parts supply, and fault diagnosis with a proposed repair. From 2018 that supply also served JD Auto Care, Tuhu, Tmall Auto Care, OZON merchants, and Amazon sellers. CarParts is that support for dealers, businesses, and individual customers. You can order one piece.
One piece. Send the 17-digit VIN, the OE if it is still on the label, LH or RH, and the position. Photos: three or four exterior angles, one readable VIN plate, optional part or label photo, six maximum. A model name alone is not a fitment.
We quote the OE you send, checked against the VIN and the build. If that number is no longer available, the line says superseded and names the interchange, or it says there is no supply. We do not invent an OE to close the line.
Franchised service workshops in China first, in the official box, when the price is fair. If the workshop is out or clearly expensive, we use the plant that already supplies that workshop: same part, plain box, no brand mark. The third choice is an unbranded part from a tool the industry already shares: same specification, not sold as genuine. The quote names the source.
A counter in a major Chinese city often charges more than a smaller industrial city for the same part. We compare those prices. We also reject a cheap line that does not match the side, the trim, or the part number.
Yes, still at one piece. Typical lines are a charge-port harness, a high-voltage connector, a condenser, the small absorber behind the bumper, an airbag controller, a lamp, or a quarter bracket. If only one side or one trim fits, the quote says so. If both the workshop and the plant are out, we say that number is no longer supplied before anyone talks about a substitute.
Only as a graded take-off: an undamaged part an owner removed while upgrading, usually through an owner club. The quote says used. It is a low-cost repair, not a genuine line, and it is never described as new.
Usually consolidated on your next vehicle shipment to the destination country. If the workshop cannot wait, we use DHL or Deppon air express, a dedicated courier line, or a student carrying a small part. Lamps, SRS modules, and harnesses are packed for the agreed method. Confirm the route and the freight with staff before you order. This page does not publish a freight figure.
CarLive is JCHCAR's proprietary B2B remote support protocol for diagnostics and OEM-aligned OTA on vehicles purchased through our export platform. An overseas workshop reaches subscription nodes in Guangzhou, Shenzhen, and Shantou, on the fiber IP of each brand’s official service station or dealer service station.
No. The eSIM belongs to the infotainment domain, in the T-Box or the head unit. CarLive enters at the OBD-II connector, runs the VCI in Ethernet mode into a JCHCAR subscription server, and continues on a dedicated path to the brand’s official service station or dealer service station. Replace the eSIM after arrival so the multimedia system has local data. That replacement does not open the immobilizer.
Existing JCHCAR partner dealers and individual customers who imported through us. A company profile form does not create dealer status. Your account manager opens beta against a real JCHCAR order and VIN.
Many OEM OTA channels geofence China-only IP ranges or reject foreign networks. CarLive sends the authorized update through the fiber IP of an official service station or dealer service station in Guangzhou, Shenzhen, or Shantou, so the ECU package can finish abroad.
No. Sessions apply only to vehicles purchased through JCHCAR, with VIN linked to your account. Coverage varies by brand, model year, and OEM authorization in your contract.
OEM toolchains often block generic offshore access. CarLive provides a structured relay path, session logging, technician passcodes, China-side nodes, and KIMI3-assisted engineering workflows aligned with authorized export after-sales—not ad-hoc screen sharing.
Coverage is the official authorized brands and the official self-operated store brands that already sell in China. Those brands sit inside JCHCAR’s cooperation. In Guangdong we work with official self-operated stores, delivery centers, and brand-authorized dealers in Chaozhou, Shantou, and Jieyang, and in Guangzhou, Shenzhen, Dongguan, and Foshan. A session uses that station’s fiber path. It starts at the OBD-II connector on the immobilizer — PEPS or the body-domain security module — and then the other vehicle-domain controllers that station may open: powertrain, ABS, airbag, BCM, ADAS, and EV/hybrid control. The multimedia network stays on the other side of the gateway.
No. Your workshop still connects via OBD2/VCI or approved network adapters. CarLive bridges your local link to China-side OEM channels—your technicians remain at the vehicle.
Sign in with the account that holds your JCHCAR order, open /account/carlive, and write your account manager. We enable sessions only for VINs we exported — not for self-declared workshops.
Our standard B2B terms are 30% T/T deposit upon Proforma Invoice (PI) confirmation, and 70% T/T balance payment before the vehicle is loaded onto the vessel or delivered to the border.
For Russian clients, we fully support payments via VTB Bank. Register on our platform and set your nationality to 'Russia'. Note that VTB Bank charges a 2% transaction fee, and transactions are processed in RMB (CNY). Contact our finance team for the exact exchange rate.
We do not directly accept Letters of Credit (L/C). However, for bulk orders exceeding $500,000 USD, we can facilitate financing and L/C processing through third-party Chinese international financial institutions (e.g., WorldFirst, PingPong).
Yes, through our specialized banking partners like CCB and VTB, we accept USD, EUR, and Offshore RMB (CNH). The exact exchange rate is locked at the time the Proforma Invoice is issued.
Most premium brands (e.g., ZEEKR, BYD, Lixiang) offer English interfaces natively. For specific regions, we provide authorized software flashing services (e.g., Russian or Arabic localization) and app store installations before export.
Most Chinese EVs come with GB/T charging ports. We supply high-quality GB/T to Type 2 (Europe/Middle East) or GB/T to CCS2 adapters. For bulk orders, we can also assist with permanent hardware retrofitting of the charging ports.
Typically, Chinese domestic warranties are voided once the vehicle is exported. However, JCHCAR offers proprietary B2B export warranty packages that cover core powertrain components (Motor, Battery, ECU) for 1 to 3 years. Contact your account manager for detailed terms.
