The China–Nicaragua agreement has applied since 1 January 2024. A preference is not a slogan. It needs a certificate of origin and a line the schedule actually opens. The same text records a control on vehicles older than seven years. New stock and old stock are not one file.
No certificate, no preference. We will not draft an origin the factory did not issue.
A car older than seven years is a different control. Do not book it as the new-car line.

The catalog key is the VIN on the Nicaraguan declaration. An older unit and a new one do not share it just because the badge matches.

The discharge we plan is Corinto, on the Pacific. We do not send a Nicaraguan order to another Central American port and rename the delivery. If the line you already use calls elsewhere, say so before the proforma, and we will not pretend it is Corinto.
Invoice, packing list, bill of lading, and the certificate of origin when a preference is claimed. The conformity certificate gives the GB/T 15089-2016 category, M1 or N1. The environmental information sheet and the consistency certificate tell your agent what the car is: emissions, dimensions, mass, powertrain. Those three factory documents are what a foreign declaration is describing, whatever the local form is called. We prepare them. Your agent files in Nicaragua. After the advance payment the factory issues exactly these three papers. The China compulsory product certificate and the consistency certificate are the same paper, not a fourth file. These China papers do not replace the local homologation and they are not a duty rate.
