Terms of Service

Effective Date: April 6, 2026

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using the JCHCAR B2B Platform (the "Service"), you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement.

2. B2B Wholesale Nature

The Service is intended strictly for Business-to-Business (B2B) transactions. Vehicle pricing, FCA/CIF estimates, and VIN-level parts support are provided exclusively to verified automotive importers, dealers, and fleet operators.

3. Quotations and Pricing

All prices displayed on the Service (including FCA, CIF, or other estimated costs) are for reference only. Final pricing and binding contracts are only established upon the issuance and mutual signature of an official Proforma Invoice (PI) or Sales Contract.

4. Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content, features and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of China Jingchehui Automobile Manufacturing Import and Export Co., Limited and its licensors.

5. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall JCHCAR, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Service.

6. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region and the People's Republic of China, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
