A Paraguayan buyer is not short of ocean quotes. The buyer is short of a China file that still makes sense when the container leaves the Atlantic terminal and the river carrier asks for the same VIN. That is the service. The 2026 XPeng set is what this page is carrying, because those four bodies are the ones on the order, and they are easy to mix up if the paperwork is casual.
Ocean discharge is Buenos Aires or Montevideo. The inland leg follows the Paraguay–Paraná to Asunción. Your broker chooses the ocean port he already clears. After the advance payment the factory issues exactly these three papers. The China compulsory product certificate and the consistency certificate are the same paper, not a fourth file. These China papers do not replace the local homologation and they are not a duty rate.
